LLC “Plast-Box Ukraine” was established in Chernihiv in 2004 as a company with 100% foreign investment. Its main shareholder is Plast-Box S.A., one of Poland’s leading manufacturers of plastic packaging, with more than 35 years of industry experience and a strong position on the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
The first production facility in Ukraine was opened in 2005, followed by a second modern high-tech plastics processing plant in 2011. Over the years, Plast-Box Ukraine developed into an important manufacturer of plastic containers and packaging for the Ukrainian and international markets.
In March 2022, the company’s production facility in Chernihiv was destroyed as a result of bombardment. Nevertheless, Plast-Box Ukraine continues to operate, and its full product range is currently manufactured at another production facility within the Plast-Box Group. This ensures continuity of supply and consistent product quality for our customers.
We are planning to rebuild the plant in Ukraine and restore local production. This investment will open a new chapter in the company’s history and demonstrate our long-term commitment to Ukraine, our customers and the country’s economic recovery.
